PRESIDENT'S LETTER

It is my desire that, through the information hereby, you can better know our company, as well as its products and services. All NAFOSA members are absolutely commited to provide best quality products and service to our customers. And this is the cornerstone which has led us to reach our goals.

Since its very beginnings in the 40s, our company's firm target has been to become the supplier par excellence of dehydrated alfalfa for farmers and feed manufacturers.

During all those years, NAFOSA's development has been significant. It has incorporated the most relevant technological advances into its processes, at the same time that it has ever kept its willingness to offer the highest level of service, quality and commitment towards its customers.

Within NAFOSA we have always worked to build strong and long-term relationships with our customers, and, after succesfully achieving it in the domestic market, now we are commited to foster relationships beyond our borders.

Our wide experience and clients portfolio provide us with first-hand information and deep insight of market's demand, and allow our specialists to develop products solutions which best meet our clients' requirements.

Currently, we are able to say that we have achieved all those aims beyond required. Nevertheless, NAFOSA continues working hard to reach its goals as well as developing a continuous improvement process.
